Obituary of Robert Clark

Clark, Robert R. of Williston Park, NY, age 91, died of natural causes on Wednesday October 21, 2015, peacefully at Winthrop University Hospital. Robert is survived by his wife, Virginia; his daughters Laurie, Kerry, Robin; his grandchildren Diane, Craig, Jackie, Keith, Kevin; and his great-grandchildren. Born in East Elmhurst, NY, Robert was a resident of Williston Park for more than fifty years. As a World War II Marine Corps. veteran and a retired New York City Police Officer, he served proudly. Robert was a great family man and a loving husband, dad, grandpa and great-grandpa. Robert was a social active man deeply involved in his families' life. He enjoyed the beach and was an avid fan of all New York Sports. His family and friends will always remember him as a charismatic, jovial person. A funeral mass is scheduled for Robert on Saturday October 24, 2015 at 9:45 a.m. at Saint Aidan's Church located at 505 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Robert's life.
