To the family I offer my sincere condolences. George was a great elevator man and an even greater human being. Besides teaching me about vertical transportation systems George taught me how to be a better person. He was a true gentleman who was quick to smile and never seemed to let the pressures of the job weigh him down. He was a man who loved his family and spoke of them often. I am glad I had the opportunity to have crossed his path on this life's journey as I became a better person as a result. To his wife and family words can never express or ease the pain you feel, but let's you know how much George touched so many people. The loss of a love one is something you never get over you just learn to live with it. May God be your comfort and strength.
Sincerely,
Ronnie Carter

George was Elite of his trade (Vertical Transportations); I had the pleasure of working with George for couple of years with JB&B back in the 1984-85! George use to take us with him to various buildings in NYC to actually count people as they go in and out of the elevators so that he will do the elevator analysis required, I have not done that again until about 6 months ago, and what did I use? Some of George’s charts which I kept on file. George also gave each, my colleague Ron Carter and I, a Casio scientific Calculator, 28 years later; we still have them and use them. Thank you George for teaching me few things while working with you! You will be missed and always remembered with my love.
For Margaret: this must be so very difficult for you and every member of your family! I pray that the Lord will give you all peace and comfort during this time of mourning and lose, with my deepest condolences!
