Rest in Peace my mutual Birthday Buddy it was nice sharing the day with you. My mutual Met fan and St.John's fun. Nobody looked better in my uniform sweater than you and you wore it proudly. To your Dear Bride and family I offer my sincerest sympathies, and I pray you will all find peace at this difficult time. After 27 years of seeing all of you almost daily if I was to do that walk again it wouldn't be the same. I would miss the guy out walking about 10:30 am and later on for a quick one at Koenig's. A chat of course. And the jokes from himself and his Bride. Eileen please understand the first time I heard him say that I was crushed, my Dad always called my Mom his Bride. Bill was a friend of my Dad's (John McGovern) and my Uncle Gene Kennedy. My brothers and I saw him a few weeks ago at the Holy Child Golf Outing. It was always nice to see him and hear stories about my Dad and Uncle Gene and the old days in Richmond Hill at McGovern's Bar. He was a good man - may he rest in peace. Tim McGovern
