I was very sad to learn of Gary’s passing. He was my bond advisor as long as I can remember. Always interested in my family and kept me in good shape. He spoke about how much his family meant to him every conversation. He knew his health was a big hurtle but always kept a positive perspective. He will be very missed. Cheryl Levine Gursky

Gary has been our family advisor at Roosevelt & Cross for as long as I can remember. First, for my mother and aunt, then for myself and my brother. He has always been such a kind and caring person who would inquire about my family and share the joys of his own. We shall truly miss him.

Thanks to Gary, I actually looked forward to my LIRR commute... he had a 'special' way of finding two empty seats together, then sharing sage career and family advice over those short 28 minutes. A true gentleman whose legacy will endure.

Gary would call almost every week and it was one of my favorite calls to take. Most of the call was personal, fun and full of humor. What a tremendous gentleman. I will miss those calls more than I can say. My thoughts are with his cherished family.
