"Aunt Rose" is a staple in my life. My earliest memories in life have Rose in them. I'm so thankful for that. Aunt Rose was more than just a babysitter, she was family. I remember taking countless trips to the Williston Park Pool, the movies, the diner, and more with Rose. I remember riding my bike up and down her street, and I remember climbing the tree in her backyard. I remember her always taking me upstairs to play with the trains. So many cherished memories. She will live on in my heart, forever. Thank you, Rose, for everything. You will be very missed.

Rose (Mrs. Paganelli) as I always called her out of respect, (even at 53 years of age) was one of the warmest, loving mother figures I have ever known. She was a special woman and my second mom who taught me from age the age of 5 how to be kind, respectful and love one another. Her easy going spirit showed me the way. I am truly thankful to have known her.
I will miss you dearly but you will remain in my heart always. God Bless!

My Mom was loving, kind, supportive and caring. She guided me throughout my life in all things and, when necessary, was firm about it. One of my favorite memories (among countless others) was when she taught me how to cook and bake. One of my first baking lessons, we were at the dining room table making butter cookies while I watched her using a hand held cookie press which, to this day, I still haven't mastered.
Our holidays together, our birthday celebrations or simply spending time with her enriched my life.
I consider myself blessed to have had her as my Mother, and she will forever live in my heart. I will love and miss her always.

A bright light now resides in Heaven, yet we shall continue to see glimmers of it here on earth, albeit in different ways now.
You will forever be remembered for your thoughtful, caring ways, your wonderful sense of humor, your strength and determination, your incredibly positive outlook on life and your abiding faith. May the Lord bless you and keep you and may you rest forever in eternal peace.
Much love, Lynn
P.S. Once you're settled in, please send your sauce and meatballs, stuffed peppers, minestrone soup and last, but certainly not least, your Irish Sodabread.

My Mom was the best! Always caring, loving, kind. She was not just my Mom but my best friend too. We had so many laughs, we prayed together, cooked and baked together. It was not that long ago that she taught me how to pray the rosary. Everyone that met her loved her. She will forever be in my heart and by my side. I love you SO much Mom.

Whenever Margie brought her precious mom to the NYU Winthrop Welcome Center we all would hover around to say hello and enjoy her company! She had both a quick wit and a sweet way about her that just made you feel good. I especially remember her laugh. Thank you Margie for being such a good caretaker and sharing your mom with us in person and through the stories you tell about the family. The fun video from the 90th birthday party is a memory marker. Love, Diana
