In loving memory of Patti Schmidt of East Patchogue, NY.
After a long and courageous battle with lung cancer, Patti Peters Schmidt passed away peacefully on August 18, 2020 in hospice while surrounded by her family.
Beloved mother of Juli Schmidt, Tammi Schmidt and Cathi (Schmidt) Porcaro. Devoted nana to 7 grandchildren; Madeline Angelina, Jewel, Katelynn, Stephen, Colin and Blanton. Also survived by the father of her children, Stephen J. Schmidt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday (August 23) at Weigand Bros. Funeral Home in Williston Park from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Please join us in celebrating her life on Monday (August 24) at St Thomas the Apostle in West Hempstead at 11am.
