Very few individuals can can truly express what’s in their heart with the utterance of a simple hello. My uncle Stelios was one of the rare ones. No matter how long between us seeing or talking with one another, that first greeting of “Louie!” told me, without a doubt, the genuine love and joy he had. The love in your voice will always be with me. Rest In Peace.

“Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory” — Dr. Seuss
What fond memories I will carry in my heart of Papou Stelios. All our many Christmas gatherings where he was such a great host, and welcoming to us, his Texas in laws. Between his Greek English and my Texas accent, our communication was comical and lacking, but I always understood his kindness and joy when we were together! Goodbyes are difficult, so I’ll just say I wish you a peaceful rest until we meet again.
With love,
Honey (Pamela) and Thad

I remember when my family and I arrived in Greece for Stelios and Stacia’s wedding. My father stood next him, and asked, where is Stelios? The photo that Stacia had sent to us, because of the lighting in the photo, did not look exactly like him. Stelios, my brother-in-law, was a very handsome man with the most beautiful hair. He was a gentle man who loved his family and extended family. We had many wonderful times with this loving man. He will be sadly missed, and will remain in our hearts forever.
Our heartfelt condolences to Stacia, Anthony, Brandi, Alex, Mona, Ella, Zoe, Amelia, George, Chloe, and Steven.
