Obituary of Theresa Fiorentino

Having lived a long life filled with family, friends and community service Tess Fiorentino peacefully joined Pasquale Fiorentino, her husband of 48 years in heaven.  Survived by her daughter Patricia and spouse James Gartner, their daughter Christine Cauraugh, her son Nicholas;  son Donald Fiorentino and spouse Deborah, granddaughters Elizabeth Fiorentino and Joanna Fiorentino.  She is also survived by her sister Katherine and her husband Mario Mucciolo, niece Kathleen Mucciolo-Kolins, her husband Wayne Kolins; and nephew Michael Annetta.  Predeceased by siblings Rose, Michael, Francis (Sonny), Domenick, nephews Frank Annetta and Michael McGovern.

A resident of Searingtown, NY for 63 years she was active in the community serving as Treasurer of the Albertson Republican Club for many years.  She joined the Herricks Leisure Club upon retirement from the Town of North Hempstead Tax Department serving a term as President.  She was an active member of the Albertson VFW’s ladies auxiliary.  Herricks school board meetings were always on her scheduled and attended

Tess Fiorentino was always willing to get involved, doing her part and more.  She lived in Searingtown for 63 years moving to Arizona and then Virginia in 2018 to live her final years.

She led a full life making a difference in her community.  She will be missed.
