Obituary of Josephine Avella

Josephine Avella left us to be with the Lord and her beloved Tony on June 3, 2023 at the age of 99 years and 7 months. Throughout her life she showered others with love and support, wisdom and insight. She encouraged strong family ties through communication. She never missed an opportunity to send a card or greeting for special occasions. She was extremely proficient at Scrabble and Anagrams and kept us all on our toes.Her life was replete with the love and devotion of her daughters, Maria, Phyllis and Jane, her sons-in-law, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Her loss is painfully felt by all.
