My life was forever changed in 1985 by the love and care Tommy (&Liz) offered to me. And I remember the excitement of the 1986 World Series. Tom will always be remembered by me as a great and humble man.

Loved being poolside and golfing at Palm Beach Par 3 with Tom. So glad he got two hole-in-ones not too long ago. Loved hearing how it happened. Will miss you Tom!

My Dear Friend, I can consider my self a very lucky man, because I had the opportunity to have met a man like you.
You were an inspiration to me and I am sure to everyone else that had the opportunity to have shared life moments with you.
I will always treasure the moments we shared at the gym, you taught me how to fight the obstacles that life presented us with, how to appreciate the small things in life and how to laugh at your self when things did not go as planned.
I really got to know how tough and strong will of a man you were, yet how sweet and gentle you were as well.
Life has ways of bringing people into your life that helps you see life from a different perspective, to open your EYES to see what really MATTERS, you taught me how to open my heart to others and what true friendship really is all about, you did all that for me, so I thank GOD for giving me the opportunity to have shared a small part of your LIFE and learn so much from you, you were a REAL MAN.
RIP my Dear friend I will miss your smile, your wisdom, your jokes but most of all your FRIENDSHIP. GOD Bless you.
Rollie

41Days…That is how long I knew Tom when he sadly passed. It’s incredible how some connections feel like they have existed for far longer than the time actually spent together. Tom’s friendship meant a-lot to me. We shared a special and truly unique bond. We loved the same music. We laughed at the same jokes . Enjoyed the same movies . Shared the same political views. In 41 days we shared meals together. We danced. We sang songs everyday. (Tom knew all the words to my favorite songs.)We both loved John Denver. We exercised. We laughed. We joked. We talked and then laughed some more. We told stories and shared stories. We went bowling. We played basketball. We went on a virtual reality sleigh ride. We went to the beach. We shared a pizza. He met my dog. He met 2 of my children . I showed him where I lived . I showed him where I use to work. We watched mafia movies. We took naps. We ate ice cream. We ate peppermint patties and Goobers. We both loved peanut butter and pretzels. Then we just laughed again and again.
My Dad told me long ago …”They don’t make them like they use to.” And he was right. Tom was a gentle GIANT. Truly a gentleman. Truly a remarkable person. Tom left an impact on my life that I will never forget . You might describe Tom as a towering figure both in stature and in character, someone whose strength was matched only by his kindness and warmth. He embodied success, athleticism, and charisma, yet he remained deeply connected to his family and friends, showing his emotions openly and bringing joy through his humor and charm. Tom is the stuff that Hollywood Movies are made of. The only difference is Tom is the real deal. Beautiful inside and out.
I know it sounds CRAZY but who knew I would say hello and goodbye to my best friend in 41 days.
Large love and Prayers for Liz ( she’s the REAL DEAL Too) The Kids , The Grandchildren, Tom’s Family and a Ton of Friends.
To know him was to love him. It was an honor and a privilege to care for him. Tom brought Liz and I together for reasons we may never know, but we are going to enjoy finding out.
Rest Easy Tom ..

My dear brother whom I adored. So many happy memories over the years. Travel to Ireland was very special as well as Viking cruise on Danube River that almost ran out of water. Many family get togethers, weddings, mets games or playing basketball in Peconic We never ran out of things to do.my dear brother may you rest in peace until we meet again.
