I first met Liz and Dennis in 1983 when we all worked at Rickel Home Center. We were younger than, and just trying to do our jobs. As time went by and being together for a while we developed more than a work relationship. I learned to appreciate Dennis’s work ethic and from time to time would have an occasional disagreement on how to handle different situations,but would eventually have a laugh or two and would eventually find a solution to the issues at hand. His sense of humor was at first a little different different than most,but we found that a lot of times we were having the best times during some difficult situations. I had the privilege of being asked to be an usher at their wedding, and I really saw the great love that they had for each other. Time went on and for a brief time we parted ways,but we still kept in touch. A short time after we again reunited as Dennis was instrumental in getting me hired at Home Depot where we both eventually retired from. I’ll truly miss you my friend, and will never forget our friendship that we had. You were a wonderful friend,husband,and father and I’ll never forget you. Godspeed, Ed
