Fruchter Philip On January 24, 2009. Beloved husband of Joan. Loving father of Stephen (Cathy), Diane Martucci (Joseph) & Audrey Drost Allen (Edward). Dear brother of Lillian Grayson. Cherished grandfather of Glen, Kristin & Lauren Fruchter & Brian Martucci. Philip served as a 1st Lt. with the U.S. Army Air Corp, he flew 33 missions over Europe & was decorated with the Silver Cross & The Distinguished Flying Cross. Visitation at the Weigand Bros. FH 49 Hillside Ave Williston Park NY Tues. 2-5 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service Wed. 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment Pinelawn Mem. Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hosp.
