I knew Cathy thru my sister Lorraine who went to college with her @ St. Johns. She was sweet, caring, funny person with that "can do anything" personality. In the eyes of a younger sister Cathy was somebody that was going to go somewhere or be someone you would hear about doing great things in this world. Her enthusiasm was contagious and you couldn't help but be a better person while around her. Even though I have not seen her since a block party @ my sisters house many years ago ( maybe 9 years)I remember her baking cupcakes in multi-colored ice cream cones decorated for the kids with all the best toppings. Unfortunatley one of her kids @ that time threw up on the way over so they were just dropping them off and leaving. Shrugging off the experience as no big deal and ready to scrafice the party to care for her child with no remorse. What can I say SUPERMOM too. Being a Mom myself of 2kids I guess I just wanted to share that memory of her with anyone who reads this website and to tell her husband and kids I am sorry for their loss. I will always remember her as one of my sisters coolest friends how put her passion into everything she did.

I went to grammar school with Cathy. I have such fond memories of her that I will cherish. She was always smiling and always willing to lend a hand. May you find comfort knowing that we are praying for your family at this time.
