Eckhardt, Rudolph "Rudy" of Williston Park on November 12, 2011. Beloved husband of Carolyn. Devoted father of Eileen Eckhardt, Lorraine Eckhardt and Christine Roberts (George). Loving Pop Pop of Serena, Marlena and Hope. A Simple man who touched many people. Enjoyed his family, friends and golf. He leaves these words to live by, Turn off the tv, Love your neighbor and Plant a tree.
Visitation Monday and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park, NY. Funeral Mass Wednesday 11:15am St Aidan's Church. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to L.I. Coalition for the Homeless, Wounded Warrior Project or your favorite charity.
