By his children William Jr., Katherine Mac Dougall (Douglas), John Mulligan (Deborah) and Patrick Barnett Mulligan (Wendy). Also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation Saturday 7-9 pm and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Weigand Bros. Funeral Home 49 Hillside Ave., Williston Park. Funeral Mass 10:00am at St Aidan's Church. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
