Gloria and I recently heard of Mike’s passing and offer our sincere condolences to Rosalie and the Curley family. I got to know Mike thru our many years of participation in “The Credit Division” activities. I remember him as being one of the most professional and knowledgeable members of the group. It was great to have known him.

Susan and I send our condolences to Rosalie and the Curley family. I got to know Mike around 1967 when we shared an office at the NYSE. I quickly learned how much he liked to laugh and smile and find a humorous angle in the many ironic situations that arose. We shared being skeptics shaking their heads over the hypocrisy we witnessed. Mostly I remember the humor we shared, but he was always generous in helping me out after I replaced him when he went to Hartford. We were able to maintain a friendship through our long association with the Credit Division of the Securities Industry Association. He always had some goofy stories to share with me about his students in prep classes. I am lucky to have known him.

I just heard of Mike’s passing and feel we’ve lost one of the real good guys. He was one of the most knowledgeable experts on how the securities industry worked and was happy to share his expertise with anyone that needed help. I count myself as one who benefited from his kindness. We are going to miss you Mike. George Ruth

I was heartbroken to hear of Mike's passing. My deepest sympathy to his family during this difficult time. I originally met Mike in 1970 while working at Dupont, Glore, Forgan, a Wall Street firm. He was a manager there and we quickly became friends. Mike and I would also meet up at many of the Credit Division dinners, keeping our friendship going and sharing many stories. Due to our retirements, Mike and I didn't see each other for several years. Then one day during a medical appointment, I ran into Mike in the waiting room...what a surprise! We had a great lunch and kept in touch after that. I will miss Mike! Your friend, Mario
